Calvary West Christian School Uniform Information

The students and staff at CWCS will treat their bodies as the temple of the Lord that it is designed to be (1 Corinthians 6:19).  It is our Christian desire to please the Lord and to be a good witness to others in both appearance and behavior.  

All Students in K-12 are required to wear the designated school uniform.  The school requires that all wear the approved school uniform polos, shirts, jackets and sweatshirts.  Below is information regarding our daily uniform, please reference our school's parent-student handbook for more detailed guidelines. 

Polos - Light Blue, Gray, and Black with the embroidered school logo are to be worn.  

Spirit Shirts - Gray short sleeve and/or long sleeve with the school's full logo on the front could be worn on Wednesday "Spirit Days" or on Family Fun Nights.

Jeans - Blue or Black Denim Only (regular, straight, or bootcut).  No camo, tie-dyed, distressed, torn, baggy or cargo jeans are allowed.

Shorts - Navy Uniform Shorts (Bermuda, chino, "at knee" or twill) are allowed during August, September, April and May.

Denim Shorts - may be worn on Wednesday "Spirit Days" or on Family Fun Nights during the months of August, September, April, and May.   (Bermuda, chino, or"at knee" length, no holes or distressed)

Skirts - Girls may wear navy uniform knee length skirts or jumper (school polo must be worn under jumper)

Boys (K-11th) - will wear navy blue uniform pants/slacks and the light blue polo.  Belt must be worn, and shirts must be tucked in.  

Senior Boys (12th) - may wear dress slacks or uniform pants, a button collared dress shirt and tie; belt must be worn, and shirts tucked in.

Girls (K-11th) - will wear navy blue knee length uniform skirt or jumper, navy uniform pants with the light blue polo shirt.  Shirts must be tucked in.  White, navy or black knee length socks, tights or leggings may be worn under uniform skirt or jumper.

Seniors Girls (12th) - may wear appropriate "church" dress or skirt with blouse or sweater, and wear dress shoes with no more than 1 1/2" heel.  No Tunic top. White, navy or black knee length socks, tights or leggings may be worn under skirt.

All Students (4th-9th) - will wear the gray performance shirt and shorts with the school's initials.  Students must wear athletic shoes for PE.  The PE uniform may not be worn to any other class.  The designated PE Uniform may be purchased through our uniform vendor Irma's Design www.irmasdesigns.com

Sweaters worn in the classroom must be the school's sweater with the embroidered logo.  Students may NOT wear hats, caps, stocking caps, hoods, beanies, or other head coverings at any time in the classrooms.  Sweaters may be purchased through our uniform vendor Irma's Designs  www.irmasdesigns.com/cwcs
